RestfulNew Habit

Privacy Policy

RestfulNew Habit helps you plant small, restorative routines — evening wind-downs, morning anchors, and gentle streaks that actually stick. This page explains what we may access, what stays on your phone, and what we never trade away.

Coverage

This Privacy Policy applies to the RestfulNew Habit mobile app on the Apple App Store and to read-only content served from this site’s API. It is written for users and visitors reading this page.

Data

RestfulNew Habit does not require your legal name, email, phone, mailing address, government ID, or payment card for everyday habit tools.

Habit labels, completion ticks, rest timers, and journal lines you add remain for your in-app experience. We do not repackage them for targeted advertising or resale.

When the app loads shared copy — onboarding slides, sample routines, reminder text — it may fetch public JSON from this domain. That material is generic guidance, not your private log.

Device

RestfulNew Habit uses standard iOS storage, optional notifications you enable, and network access for remote templates. We avoid contacts, photos, microphone, and location unless a future feature clearly needs them and this policy is refreshed.

Diagnostics you voluntarily share with Apple follow Apple’s privacy terms.

Hosting

Infrastructure partners operate this policy page and API endpoints. They retain traffic logs needed to keep servers running under their own practices.

Optional analytics or support tools, if added later, will be named here with collection limited to their role.

Minors

RestfulNew Habit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Contact App Store support if a child submitted information and we will help with removal where possible.

Security

Habits you keep in RestfulNew Habit stay under your control on your device. Remove entries in-app or delete the application to clear local storage.

We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted assets. No app is perfectly secure — treat personal wellness notes like a bedside journal.

Choices

Stop using RestfulNew Habit whenever you wish. Turn off notifications or network access in iOS Settings for a quieter offline flow where supported.

For access, correction, or deletion requests about data we manage, use the support link on the App Store listing.

Updates

We may revise this policy as RestfulNew Habit evolves. The date above marks substantive changes. Continued use after an update accepts the new terms where law permits.

Contact

Privacy questions about RestfulNew Habit may be sent through the App Store support channel or the developer contact on the product page.
